Chris Kluun, Brewer
Born “Down East” in Machias, Maine, Chris Kluun has spent most of his life here on the New Hampshire seacoast. Chris joined the Smuttynose crew in 2004, filling in part time for a friend on the bottling line. He soon began working on the line full time and quickly worked his way up to bottling line supervisor and then into the cellar and kegging. After mastering the art of filling various containers with beer, he moved up and into the brew house.
Chris lives in Dover with his soon-to-be wife Emily and enjoys spending time fishing, boating, playing softball and cheering on his favorite New England sports teams, all with a nice cold Smuttynose in hand.
