Always looking for a place to go to have a good beer with my companion Zorro (see attached). Portland Lobster Company in Portland Me allows dogs on the deck and actually caters to them with bowls of water. Live music. Good beer.
Portsmouth needs a dog friendly place to have a beer, however you can do it.
